I know, I know… ya’ll wondering where the hell I was last week… Hell I don’t even know… but I’m back now… What’s good people!!! I’m SMDH at the foolishness that ensues on VH1 on Sunday night… for those of you who don’t know text lingo… that means Shaking My Damn Head (get a text dictionary if you need more…). But I gotta say a quick “Thank you” to Chris Abrego (VH1’s reality TV Producer extraordinaire) for providing me with something to talk about… and not just today, EVERYDAY… That’s right, we talk about this mess all week… Still SMDH… We gonna recap from last week to this week, so Let’s go!

Well it finally happened last Sunday, I lost ALL respect for ya boy Ray J and officially enrolled his ass in “Bitchassness University”! And to think I really liked this dude’s swagger… Now I’m asking myself how in the hell is anyone taking this dude seriously… He’s a celebrity only because of his sister and his penis is the ONE thing he used which catapulted his ass out of her shadow (yeah, I said it)… I mean you saying you ‘ARE THE BUSINESS’… PLEASE… Stop the ride, I wanna get off… He comes to work late and drunk, his whack ass crew (who uses “crew” anymore unless you are going on ABDC on MTV) sends a stripper to the job and he’s okay with that… How childish are we… Sonja, you might wanna re-think who you are mad at, cause your son is a walking, functioning DUMB ASS!!! Brandy aka Brand Nu is trying to do her thing and make a comeback and surprisingly I was impressed with her performance at the House of Blues with Timbaland, but of course that bumbling idiot of a brother of hers gets all the focus… A damn mess… Ray J… GROW THE FUCK UP… And then when I watched it yesterday, it was painfully clear that Brandy was right about the way her mom treats her versus the way she treats Ray J… Its blatant FAVORITISM! Maybe this is the reason why this dude is the way he is cause he’s still stuck on Sonja’s breasts! I really felt for Brandy cause she was saying some real shit to her mom/manager and her mother wasn’t even listening cause she was being so defensive… I’m glad that her dad was able to make her feel like she wasn’t crazy… then put Sonja’s ass in her place… Sonja… shut the hell up for a minute and listen to what Brandy, your daughter (not the artist) is saying… Damn!

And here we go again with the plastic surgery chick… how in the hell does she just show up while you are eating and then cause a damn scene… That bitch should have gotten that bath two weeks ago at the party… cause what you NOT gonna do is keep talking about how Jen’s husband feels and what you saw him do and whatever else… that’s just not real… Thanks Suz… I needed Jen to smack her ass, but you was the closest, so I’m good now… Oh and let me know when she “sees you in the streets” Who yells that shit anymore… I was a little disturbed this week when they all ganged up on Gloria… I’m feeling a little HATERATION going on there… Royce should be the LAST one talking shit cause somebody don’t wanna be associated with her ass (that’s why Gloria beat that ass..LOL)… she seems like a really annoying ass person and I wouldn’t want her ass around me either… she slides on the slippery slope all day long… yeah I said it… Who gone check me BOO!!

I don’t have too much to say about Chilli cause I was really over her foolishness last week, but she actually broke down in counseling yesterday and maybe, just maybe she’ll be able to find someone… She’s a pretty woman and has a lot going on for her, but she’s gotta deal with the past in order to go forward… So we’ll see… Alright, that’s all I got for this week and last…see disclaimer below… #ImJustSayin
