The Smoking Gun got a hold of the police report filed against Hot 97’s personality and DJ, Mister Cee. Mr. Cee was arrested last week Wed. in New York for engaging in a “lewd” sex act with a 20-year-old she/male. According to the NY Daily News, this is the third time Cee was busted for indecency. One has to wonder why Cee continues this behavior even after getting caught previously. Is it a cry for help? I believe he should just acknowledge his lifestyle and move on from it.
